Original 9 x 12 inch oil painting on 1/8 inch hard board, painted on location (plein air) at the Schoodic Point in Maine's Acadia National Park.
The views in every direction were utter perfection. I made two paintings from the same spot, facing different directions. I was there as part of "Fall Color Week" hosted by the publisher of Plein Air Magazine.
